The Metal Product Factory has 5 workshops:
1) Metal punching workshop:
a) 150 sets of punching machines (16 to 140MT)
b) Mainly for processing the materials of copper, aluminum and iron
c) The daily amount of punching is up to 200,000 times
d) Now processes and produces metal dressing mirrors and puff cake
boxes
2) Zinc alloy die-casting workshop:
a) 6 sets of die-casting machines of 88MT, 2 sets of die-casting
machines of 150MT, and one set of hydraulic press of 350MT
b) Can process metal souvenir discs, bookmarkers, key rings, metal
belt buckles and metal decoration pieces and gifts
c) The daily output is 20,000 pieces
3) Capsule metal workshop:
a) Equipped with 9 sets of new-type centrifugal machines and 4 sets
of molding press
b) Produce the European-style jewel cases with colored drawings,
photo frames, and fashionable woman decorations
c) The daily output is 10,000 pieces
4) Coloring workshop:
a) Several dozens of proficient workwomen specially apply colors on
the products for export
b) Can apply colors for several tens of processes such as AB glue,
pearl cream and enamel of new type
5) Ornament dot-diamond workshop:
a) Several dozens of proficient workwomen specially provide the
service of dot diamonds of the types of swarovski crystal,
Czechic crystal and Taiwan acryl diamond
